I’m sorry, but I do not like how this article infers that eating meat is unhealthy. It is a very important aspect of a balanced diet, as the proteins found in meat are needed. As long as you are buying lean cuts of meat, than you are doing good for yourself. Although I do agree that meat is more expensive than vegetables.
